Senior UX Writer

Authored and launched Procore’s first cross-functional writing and voice/tone guide, used org-wide. Responsible for teaching, lesson planning, assessing, and closely working with parents (both English- and Spanish-speaking) for 5 classes of Honors 10th Grade English and Standard 12th grade English with an average of 30 students per class for 3 months. This was a fulfilling experience that taught me to organize in a professional education setting including but not limited to: taking attendance for every class, planning for and supervising standardized tests, making copies of materials, and participating in all-school collaboration.
