I'm a content designer with a decade of experience making global enterprise software more usable by implementing human-centered content and design systems.​

Over the past decade, I have honed my skills as a content designer, focusing on delivering exceptional user experiences and intuitive design systems to ensure consistency and intuitive understanding of content as a driver of  product usability.

The projects I've worked on throughout my career demonstrate my ability to think beyond the copy which we write to engage users and focus on how to create empathetic, scalable, data-driven, and intuitive experiences that both internal and external stakeholders are excited to engage with. I believe the key to this is to center the content we write around the people we write for and the context (inside and outside of the product) in which they're engaging with the information. From building intuitive design systems from scratch to designing technical responses to API outages, I have a range of expertise to contribute to any product.

I consider my personal tagline to be a curiosity enthusiast, so I've been known to see something and just pick it up and try it. This trait has contributed to my eagerness to learn new skills to contribute to projects, be the "problem solver" of the team, and to find the best way to achieve streamlined, efficient, empathetic teamwork that's unique to each project.

Outside of work, I enjoy paddle boarding, hiking, creative writing, backpacking, gardening, crafting, vintage swing dancing, and traveling as much as possible. My most recent travels took me to Japan, Greece, and Ireland.
